We redefined the UX to reduce the number of clicks and the number of screens to make it easier and more convenient for the customer to complete buying. The functionality was also implemented where users could buy mangoes once as well as even subscribe for the whole season. Moreover, we followed a mobile-first approach, so that users could view the websites on various types of mobile devices from smartphones, iPhones as well as tablets, considering 60% searches on Google are done via mobile devices.
We implemented a complex and never-before-seen (unique) functionality where we merged the product page and the cart page, such that customers could prominently see the number of items selected, select the grade of mango they want, the cost as well as the payment methods. Thereby, creating a more seamless e-commerce experience.
A strategic web tech procedure was undertaken which ensured quick & fast orders by analyzing past buyer behavior & thoroughly understanding buyer journey.
Also, we created a highly customized API integration using a leading shipping aggregator like Shiprocket which provides functions such as tracking of orders & lower shipping costs.
